Understanding your needs
Explaining how you want to use the space and your priorities helps identify work to discuss with your designer and contractor.
About us
We are a third-generation construction company working on residential renovations and new builds in Versilia.

Who we are
TMA Costruzioni is a family business, with construction experience passed from one generation to the next.
We work for private clients looking to renovate or build a residential property. Our area of activity is Versilia, mainly Forte dei Marmi.
Our role is to carry out building work in collaboration with the appointed professionals. Defining the work entrusted to the contractor separately from design and site supervision helps clients understand each party’s responsibilities.
Qualifications
Qualification certificate for the execution of public works.

Recognition
In 2026, T.M.A. COSTRUZIONI SRL received the Bollino Cassa Edile Awards recognition.
The recognition expresses the appreciation of the construction industry’s bilateral system and Cassa Edile Lucca, which highlighted the company’s responsible conduct.
Our mission
To work professionally and reliably, focusing our efforts on customer satisfaction.
This means understanding the client’s needs, consulting with the professionals and taking care in carrying out the agreed work.
Describe the work you needThe commitments behind our work
Explaining how you want to use the space and your priorities helps identify work to discuss with your designer and contractor.
Drawings and a bill of quantities help you assess the quotation against the work requested.
Discussions between the client, contractor and professionals help address decisions that arise during construction.
Getting started
Every project needs specific information. These are the steps to discuss with the contractor and your appointed professionals, agreeing arrangements and conditions for your project.
Describe the work you needTell us where the property is, what you want to build or change and your priorities. You can contact us even if the plans are still to be defined.
Send drawings and a bill of quantities if available. They help identify the work to price and any points to investigate, including through a site visit where appropriate.
The scope, conditions and contractual schedule need to be defined before work starts. During construction, discussions with the appointed site supervisor inform decisions on execution.
Finishes, checks and handover need to be arranged around the agreed work and the responsibilities of the appointed professionals.
